The LIGHTHOUSE  so named because it is beautifully decorated with lighthouses (probably more than you can count!), has one of the most spectacular views available on Norris Lake (see view on Vacation Rentals page).

    The Lighthouse has four bedrooms and four baths. It has abundant living space, including a large kitchen, living room, sunroom and downstairs recreation room with ping pong, darts, and tournament soccer. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and two large refrigerators.

    The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi. There are three bedrooms on one story. The master bedroom with a king size bed has an incredible view. Two bedrooms share a bath: One queen size bedroom with fantastic view and one bedroom with a king-size bed--or two singles). The fourth bedroom is downstairs off the recreation room and is an ideal room for children or teens. It has two bunk beds and a king-size bed that can be made into two singles. There are two downstairs bathrooms. The Lighthouse can sleep 16 on beds and sofa beds.

    The Lighthouse is fairly close to the lake (fewer steps than most lakefront homes), so it has easy access to the covered two-slip boat dock. The deck has lounge chairs, table, and a grill.  There is a two-slip covered boat dock which is great for swimming or sitting in the sun. The Lighthouse is located two miles from the Chalet by land, and about five minutes via lake.

COST:  Peak-Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day. (Weekly rental preferred [Friday 4:30 p.m. check-in; Friday 10 a.m. check-out]. Daily rental is available if the Lighthouse is not rented 2 weeks before date wanted)  $2600 per week or $400 per day.

             High-Season: April, May, September, October. $2500 per week or $375 per day.

             Low-Season: November through March. $2200 per week or $325 per day.

        Note: A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged unless Lighthouse is rented for 4 nights or more.
