CHALET (and Studio Apartment)
The Chalet's first story is a rental
facility, the second story is the Kuzma residence and the Family Matters
Ministry offices. The Studio Apartment above the garage is also available for
rent.
Chalet: There are five bedrooms and four baths available for rent in a completely private space with an incredible view on the first level of the Chalet (sleeps 16 on beds and sofa beds). Special features of the Chalet include a great room with kitchen, living area and recreational games, fireplace, laundry room, large covered deck, direct access to the steps to the boat dock, Sky Angel Satellite VCR/DVD capability and wireless internet. There is also a Jacuzzi and a 19 foot "swim-against-the-jets" exercise pool. The deck has a grill, porch swing, preschool play equipment, toddler swing and sandbox. There are 88 steps to the two story boat dock (upper deck fully enclosed for young children's safety) which has a tube slide from the second story. There is also a large mid-deck (halfway from house to lake) that has a fire pit, playground equipment for preschool or school-age children, and a 16-foot slide into a large sandbox. The Chalet is a paradise for families with children. It's perfect for family reunions, small group retreats, executive conferences and memorable anniversaries.

Big Blue Room: Private entrance with lake view, queen-size bed, desk, kitchenette, table, TV,
phone, private bath (or shared bath if family member rents the Patchwork Quilt Room).
Patchwork Quilt Room: Queen bed, table, cradle, large closet, private or shared bath depending on
who is renting the Big Blue Room.
Magnolia Room: Private entrance with lake view. Queen bed and private bath.
Studio Apartment
Located above the garage of the Chalet has its own
private drive-up entrance. Private bath, king bed,
sofa bed, desk, TV, phone, kitchenette and table.
Sleeps 4.

Low-Season: November through March

Chalet (5 bedrooms that can sleep 16): Peak-Season: $2700 per week or $425 per day. High-Season: $2000 per week or $325 per day. Low-Season: $1700 or $250 per day. Note: A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged unless Chalet is rented for 4 nights or more. |

Studio Apartment: Peak-Season: $750 per week or $150 per night. High-Season: $700 or $110 per day. Low-Season: $600 a week or $100 per day. (If rented with Chalet regardless of season, the Studio Apartment is only $500 per week or $100 a day.) Note: A cleaning fee of $30 will be charged unless Studio is rented for 4 nights or more. |
